Elit Metalurji is an investment casting producer company supports customers world wide since 2007 and located inTurkey, Izmir, Kemalpasa with a total area of 5.650 square meters, close area 3.600 square meters. We offer not only quality castings, but also a finished part, whether your needs run from small to large. We are dedicated to manufacturing products to our customer requirements with exact specifications and standards is production.
We can supply products as investment cast, heat treated, surface cleaned and polished and also machined. We have the full ability to design and manufacture our own dies. Different kind of materials such as ferrous alloys, pig iron, sphero, non ferrous alloys, super alloys, implant alloys could be processed. With skilled engineers and technical staff at the Tooling Department, Elit Metalurji can meet your requirements. A five axis CNC milling machine and a 3D coordinate measuring machine greatly increase the tooling efficiency and decrease cost and time. With the help of rapid prototyping, we can supply the samples in a very short time. At Laboratory and testing facility we can perform spectral analysis, mechanical analysis, hardness, microstructure, radiographic/x-ray inspection, penetrant crack/surface defect inspections during and after the manufacturing for the best quality products. Products made by Elit Metalurji are manufactured to meet the requirements specified by the Investment Casting Institute unless the customer specifies different requirements. Although our customers are solely responsible for their own part design, where possible our engineers work with them to suggest changes in part design, alloy, and post casting processes such as plating and machining to improve part performance, durability, manufacturability, and to help reduce costs and lead time.
